These classes are part of an 8-class yoga journey throughout the year aligned with the rhythms of nature, with two 1.5-hour kundalini yoga classes each season. Rooted in the ancient wisdom of Samsara, this program invites you to recognize repeating patterns in our lives, embrace the truth of impermanence, and cultivate grounded awareness of the present moment.ย

Class 7 is dedicated to the cyclical nature of life, the potential for renewal, and the interconnectedness of all things; Samadhi. The guiding question is: How can I recognize and appreciate the cyclical nature of life and my interconnectedness with all things?
Class 8 is dedicated to expanded awareness, acceptance, and ultimate freedom. The guiding question is: How can I cultivate greater awareness and presence to find freedom and peace within the ongoing cycle of life?

Each weekend includes kundalini yoga practices, breathwork, meditation, and reflective journaling designed to help you move with the rhythms of the Earth. Youโll be guided through a carefully curated experience that invites inner awareness, emotional release, and personal insight.

Please bring your yoga mat, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a journal for reflection and note-taking. Wearing white is optional, but suggested.
