The Fractional Table・Tokyo 01
The Fractional Table is a curated gathering for senior executives, operators, investors and advisors interested in the emerging model of fractional leadership in Japan.
Across the US and Europe, experienced executives are increasingly working with companies on a fractional basis — contributing senior leadership, specialist expertise and execution capacity without joining as full-time employees. In Japan, the model is still relatively new.
This first Tokyo gathering is designed to bring together experienced leaders who are already working fractionally, considering a portfolio career, hiring fractional executives, or simply curious about how the model may develop in Japan.
The format is intentionally informal: a brief introduction, followed by drinks, light bites and conversation with a selectively curated group of attendees.
Who should attend
Senior executives, C-suite leaders, former consulting partners, PE and investment professionals, experienced operators, independent advisors and others with an interest in fractional leadership.
Attendance is limited and subject to approval in order to keep the group senior, relevant and conversational.

The Fractional Table は、日本における「フラクショナル・リーダーシップ」という新しい働き方・経営支援モデルに関心を持つ、シニアエグゼクティブ、事業運営経験者、投資家、アドバイザーのための少人数制・招待型の交流イベントです。
米国や欧州では、経験豊富な経営人材が正社員として一社に所属するのではなく、複数の企業に対して必要な範囲・期間で経営支援を行う「フラクショナル」という働き方が広がりつつあります。一方、日本ではまだ比較的新しい考え方です。
今回の東京での第1回開催では、すでにフラクショナルで活動している方、今後ポートフォリオ型のキャリアを検討している方、フラクショナル人材の活用に関心のある企業・投資家、そしてこの新しいモデルそのものに興味のある方々にお集まりいただきます。
当日は、短いイントロダクションの後、ドリンクと軽食を楽しみながら、少人数で自由に交流いただくカジュアルな形式を予定しています。
対象となる方
シニアエグゼクティブ、C-level経験者、コンサルティングファームの元パートナー、PE・投資関連のプロフェッショナル、事業運営経験者、独立系アドバイザーなど、フラクショナル・リーダーシップに関心をお持ちの方。
参加者同士で質の高い対話ができる場にするため、定員を限定し、参加は主催者による承認制とさせていただきます。
