About Event
Join Lace Napoli for a lively 6.4 km tempo session powered by Nike. We’ll kick things off with a warm-up, then hit the track for four rounds of three fast laps at around 65–70% of your lactate threshold, followed by one recovery lap. That’s 16 laps in total, with a cool-down to wrap up.
