โJoin Qdrant Vector Quest: AI-Powered Game Development Hackathon, a two-day experience for graduate students. Work in teams of 2โ3 to create a playable game where Qdrant vector search drives the gameplayโfrom semantic puzzles to characters that remember and react.
โNo prior experience with Qdrant or vector search is required. An introductory workshop, starter resources, and mentors will help you get started.

โAttendance and participation are required on both days. Please register only if you can attend both sessions in full.

โCurrently enrolled graduate students interested in AI, game development, and hands-on collaboration. Teams consist of 2โ3 students. Joining solo? Weโll help match you with a team at check-in.
โGRADUATE STUDENTS FROM ALL COLLEGES ARE WELCOME
โThe Challenge
โBuild a playable game that uses Qdrant vector search as a core gameplay mechanic. You may use any programming language or game engine, and AI coding assistants are welcome.
โEach team will submit:
โA playable game
โA code repository with a README and instructions for running the game
โA demo video of up to 2 minutes showing real gameplay and explaining how Qdrant powers it
โ๐ The Prize
โThe first-place team will receive a $2,000 cash prize. Judges will evaluate submissions based on the use of vector search, gameplay and fun, technical execution, creativity, and the clarity of the demo and explanation.
