Sessions will be every Thursday! Adults, kids, teens, all are welcome. Serving my community fills my heart.
What to bring-
•A mat or blanket to lay on
•A pillow
•A light cozy blanket for comfort
•An optional eye mask
This offering is available at a sliding scale. Come and pay what you can. Kids are free.
If you are curious about Sound Healing, come by and check it out. It's a great opportunity to share the experience with your kids also. Bring the whole family!
***Ridgeline has two locations. This is at the Anthem location. So be mindful of that when using GPS.
