​The Leadership Initiative Fall 2026 Kickoff will gather students for an afternoon of teaching, discussion, and fellowship focused on how leaders think. We’ll explore what it takes to think deeply, creatively, and strategically about difficult problems—and why that kind of thinking is inseparable from faithful leadership.

​Our keynote speaker, Abel Stephen, is a Technical Program Manager at Sony, where he leads complex initiatives across engineering and product teams. His work sits at the intersection of technical depth and organizational strategy, bringing structure to ambitious problems, aligning teams around a direction, and making decisions with incomplete information.

​Light refreshments will be provided, with time afterward for students to meet one another and talk with Abel.
