Students of all pre-health tracks are invited to attend a lecture by Tyla Stuckey. This event will be open to 15 people.

Take Away:

  • Tyla Stuckey is the lead Speech-Language Pathologist for Multidisciplinary Therapy here in Columbia. She has worked with a wide variety of patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. She will be talking about how she got to where she is today, and what her practice looks like now.

Why Attend?

  • This event will help understand the path to becoming a Speech-Language Pathologist, and what it truly takes to get there. It will also provide a greater understanding of an SLP's practice looks like, and exactly what they do. This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions and learn from somebody who is currently working in that field.
