Please join us for an Afternoon of Mindfulness, in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh.
As the day gently unfolds, we’ll come together to practice sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful breathing, and heartfelt group sharing in a calm and welcoming space.
This is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and nourish ourselves with presence, ease, and quiet joy.
Everyone is warmly welcome—no experience needed, and there are no fees. Please bring a yoga mat or cushion for your comfort.
