​About the Nonprofit Impact & Adaptation Accelerator:

​6-week online program to help nonprofit teams adapt, plan for sustainability, and support their people in uncertain times.

​Nonprofits today are stretched thin. With funding sources shrinking, team burnout rising, and political and economic instability all around, the pressure is real.

​This accelerator helps you pause, regroup, and build a plan that holds up, so your mission can keep moving forward.

​What you’ll get:

• ​A step-by-step process to design a financial and organizational adaptation plan

• ​Support to protect your team’s wellbeing and resilience

• ​Weekly live sessions, tailored mentorship, and a practical toolkit

• ​A board-ready strategy you can present in just six weeks

• ​Ongoing access to our platform and a supportive peer community

​Who it’s for:

• ​Nonprofits with 3 to 20 team members (smaller teams are also welcome)

• ​Annual budgets from $100K to $5M

• ​Leaders and team members navigating uncertainty and looking for practical, sustainable solutions

​Program format:

• ​Online, delivered in English

• ​June 18 to July 23, 2025

• ​3 to 5 hours per week including one live Zoom session

• ​Session times designed for global access
