​At our Jams, the space is open for you to connect with others non-sεxually. We open the Jam with a guided practice to be fully embodied in the present moment, and then move into free flow.

​Important for beginners: Cuddle Jams are primarily a freeflow experience without space keeping, where you rely on yourself to navigate the space and group interactions. If you are new to conscious spaces, or need a more guided approach, consider instead to join a Conscious Touch & Consent workshop.
