​About the Event

​Join us for Ādi, an evening built around the screening of a short documentary following three musicians from different musical traditions finding each other through curiosity and a willingness to listen.

​Featuring Carnatic musician Vishnu Ramprasad alongside Appalachian musicians Davis Little and Haleigh Black, the film documents the beginning of an unexpected collaboration.

​The evening continues with a live performance by Vishnu and a conversation around the making of the film and the music itself.

​Designed as a small gathering, this is an invitation to watch, listen, and spend time together around the making of music.
