Exploring the Masculine & Feminine in Ourselves, Our Relationships and the World Around Us
Join Rafia Morgan and Abigail Iquo Isuo for a special in-person afternoon at The Tabernacle in West London, exploring the masculine and feminine energies that exist within all of us.
The masculine and feminine can be powerful forces in how we experience ourselves, how we connect and relate to others, and how we meet the world around us. This workshop is an invitation to explore our own inner polarity — where these energies flow, where they become blocked or distorted, the patterns we may have developed around them, and what becomes possible when we begin to bring greater awareness and balance to both.
Through breathwork, movement, inquiry and deep connection, we’ll move beyond simply talking about these ideas and experience them through the body. The afternoon will also offer a taste of the experiential work at the heart of Path of Love.

This is a standalone event and is open to everyone. You do not need to be a Path of Love graduate, so please feel free to bring friends, partners, family or anyone you think might be interested.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Layers are a good idea so you can stay warm and cosy during the quieter parts of the afternoon.
