About Event

What season of building are you in?

The beginning of the year often brings pressure to start fresh, push harder, do more.

But what if the season you're actually in calls for something different?

When you're building for impact, the work can feel never-ending. There’s always another problem to solve, things that we can do more of, things that call for our attention. The mission pulls you forward and there never seems to be enough time to take pause.

For our first gathering this year, we're hosting a collaborative circle for impact founders, builders, and operators to explore the seasons of work and life together.

This is a space to slow down, reflect with others who get it, and give language to what you're experiencing.

What to expect

This will be a small, intimate session (12–15 people) designed for reflection and group sharing.

Like our past gatherings, our role is to hold space, keep things on track, but otherwise, this space is owned and shaped by the people in it—what emerges will come from what you bring and what the group needs.

When you apply, we'll ask a bit about your work in the impact space so we can thoughtfully curate the circle.

During the session

  • We'll explore what "seasons" means for each of us—in our work, our teams, our lives

  • We'll reflect on where we are now and what this moment is asking of us

  • We'll explore the tensions and transitions that come with navigating seasons

Who this is for

  • Founders, operators, and builders in the impact space navigating transitions and wondering what comes next

  • Builders feeling the pull between where they are and where they want to be

  • Anyone working in the impact space who's craving a space for grounding and reflection to start the year

  • Anyone navigating the unique challenges of building for purpose

If that sounds like you, we hope you'll join us.
