PPWR market by market: what applies on 12 August

PPWR is meant to give the EU one set of packaging rules, but EPR registration and fees remain national, the PFAS ban on food-contact packaging (Regulation (EU) 2025/40, Article 5(5)) takes effect while the details around existing stock and testing are yet to be finalised.
