Becoming Her Club: Let's Talk Women's Health
In support of Menopause Awareness Month, Becoming Her Club is bringing together women, health professionals and advocates for an evening of education and open discussion around menopause, hormones and women’s health.
This year’s Menopause Awareness Day theme is Chronic Pain at Midlife: shining a light on an issue that affects many women during and after the menopause transition but can often be underestimated or misunderstood.
From PMDD and hormonal changes to perimenopause, menopause and chronic pain, this evening is an opportunity to learn more about our bodies, ask the questions we don’t always get the chance to ask, and feel better informed about our health at every stage of life.
What can you expect?
We’ll be joined by a brilliant panel for discussion exploring menopause and women’s wellbeing with practical education, lived experiences and guidance across topics including hormonal changes, PMDD, chronic pain, perimenopause and menopause.
The panel will be hosted by Euella Jackson.
Panellists include:
Hazel Hayden - Founder of Bristol Menopause Clinic, Consultant Nurse and highly respected British Menopause Society Registered Specialist
Tia Brown - Patient Care Coordinator & Social Media Lead at Bristol Menopause & Wellwoman Clinic and creator of Life With The Brown Family
