Bronche Cheng is a certified coach with emotional intelligence training. In her previous role as a Partner at a top global accounting firm, she advised senior executives on strategic business transactions and led a team of 300 professionals.

​After achieving what many define as success, she discovered that true fulfillment comes from leading with purpose. That sparked her journey of self-discovery—exploring how early experiences and unspoken emotions shape leadership.

​Today, she helps leaders and organizations reconnect with their purpose, align strategy with values, and achieve sustainable success.
