​Reverse Pitch: Top Startups Compete for Top Young Builders

​Most recruiting events ask students to pitch themselves.

​This one flips the room.

​We are bringing together 5 top VC-backed startups — backed by firms like Foundation, a16z, Khosla Ventures, Conviction, and others — to meet a small group of exceptional young builders from top schools.

​Each startup founder will have 5 minutes to pitch why their company is the best place for ambitious technical talent to build early, learn fast, and own real work.

​This is for students and young builders who already have proof of intensity: hackathon winners, open-source contributors, research builders, product hackers, and people who don’t wait for permission to ship.

​Who should request an invite

​You should be in the room if you are:

• ​A student or recent grad

• ​A builder with 1+ hackathon wins or equivalent proof of execution

• ​Curious about joining an early team where your work can actually change the trajectory of the company

• ​More interested in ownership, speed, and hard problems than polished corporate recruiting

• ​3–5 founder reverse pitches

• ​Small-group conversations with founders and early teams

• ​Candid discussion on what each company is building
