Diversity VC + Extend Ventures: Ten Years of Impact

​To mark ten years of Diversity VC and Extend Ventures, we’re bringing together our community of investors, LPs, founders, and ecosystem partners in London for the launch of our 10-Year Impact Report.

​When Diversity VC was founded in 2016, this work was still on the margins and often driven by a small group of people pushing for change from the outside. A decade on, that landscape has shifted. There is now a growing ecosystem of organisations, institutions, and individuals working together to build a more inclusive venture industry.

​Progress has been real but it has also been slow, uneven, and at times fragile. This moment is an opportunity to reflect honestly on how far we’ve come, where change has taken hold, and where more structural work is still needed.

​The morning will begin with a short presentation of key insights from the report, followed by two candid fireside conversations, featuring voices from across the ecosystem whose journeys have been shaped by this work. Together, we’ll explore how power, access, and outcomes in venture are evolving in practice, and what it will take to drive meaningful change over the next decade.

​Above all, this is a moment to come together to reflect, to reconnect, and to look ahead with both clarity and optimism.
