Your First Mahjong: A Curious Room Event

If you’ve always wanted to try mahjong but never got round to trying it, this one’s for you.

You’ll be taught the basics by @munkmahjongclub, learn how the game works and get the chance to play a few rounds with different people around the room.

Along the way, we’ll mix in a Curious Room facilitated activity to help you get to know the people at your table, spark better conversations and discover what you have in common.

So if you want to learn the game, meet some interesting people and try something new, come roll the dice with us :)

What’s included:

• Beginner friendly introduction to mahjong

• Rules and guidance from @munkmahjongclub

• All game materials + rule sheet provided

• Facilitated social activity to help you meet people

Just bring your curiosity and willingness to learn.

Why come to a Curious Room event?
We create IRL experiences built around two things: learning something new and meeting interesting people along the way.
