Market Expansion Without the Guesswork: Growth + Localization in Practice
About the Session:
Expanding into new markets sounds straightforward - until what worked in one region completely falls flat in another.
Messaging doesn’t land, channels behave differently, and conversion drops in ways that aren’t always obvious.
In this session, Amee Bhavsar and Kristína Lappyová share what we've seen actually work (and break) when scaling growth across markets like APAC, EMEA, and AMER and how to approach localization without slowing everything down.
We’ll cover:
-How to evaluate which markets are worth entering (beyond gut feel) -What actually needs to be localized and what doesn’t -How to balance speed vs. depth when you’re under pressure to scale -The early signals that tell you if a market is working
This will be a mix of frameworks and real examples - with space for discussion + Q&As.
