​We’ve spent the past year making things.

​Lady’s Labs. The Lady's Journal. Motovun Residency. Salons. A community of 300+ women. Some things worked beautifully. Some absolutely did not. 😂 And somewhere along the way, we started to see much more clearly what The Lady’s Realm could become.

​Before we go off and build all of it, we need some very good brains around the table.

​So we’re convening our first Lady's Board.

​This is not an advisory board with job titles and quarterly PowerPoints. And we definitely don't need a room full of people telling us everything is brilliant.

​We need readers of the room. Challengers. Builders. Critical thinkers. 🩷

​Women who will look at what we’ve learned, what we’re building and where we think we’re going and ask the questions we haven't thought to ask.

​Tell us what you see. Challenge our assumptions. Find the holes. Tell us what we're overcomplicating. Tell us what has legs. Tell us what you'd kill.

​Because we're at the point where we need to stop endlessly thinking about what The Lady’s Realm could be and start shipping, learning and shipping again.
