Women Who Lead: Wellness Series on Mt. Helix - Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing

Why this:

It's a busy time for all of us. We wanted to offer a time to pause and connect with yourself and others, in a unique, grounding setting a little farther south than our other experiences have been.

What to expect:

Catalina de León will guide us through a Cacao Ceremony, a grounding ritual that encourages reflection, intention setting, and an open-hearted connection with yourself and others, followed by a Sound Healing experience designed to promote relaxation, presence, and inner balance through restorative sound and vibration. Hosted at Catalina's historic Mt. Helix home, a wooded treetop escape, these practices create space for meaningful reflection, deeper self-awareness, and the opportunity to slow down, connect inward, and lead from the heart.

About the expert:

Born in Monterrey, Mexico, Catalina's journey of healing and personal transformation led her to California, where motherhood deepened her commitment to inner growth and well-being. Drawing from years of study, travel, and training in the healing arts, she is now a certified Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master, Access Consciousness Practitioner, and student of Traditional Ancestral Medicine. Catalina's passion is helping others reconnect with their inner wisdom through compassionate support, intuitive guidance, and transformative healing practices.
