This is a voluntary longevity body-check for muShanghai Longevity Month participants. Its core purpose is not to offer a one-off health check, but to help participants establish a set of physical baseline data before the program officially begins, so the data can be used for later interpretation, observation, and experimentation.
Purpose
The core proposition of muShanghai Longevity Month is “asking questions × observation × intervention.”
Through the May 10 body check, participants can obtain a set of baseline biomarkers to answer several more specific questions:
Where do current metabolism, inflammation, liver function, hormone, or nutritional-status markers stand?
Which markers are suitable for observation over the following two weeks?
How can wearable trends such as sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, and activity level be understood together with body-check results?
How can these data help participants form more personalized questions for the May 18 anti-aging day workshop?
Testing Modules
The body check is expected to include the following items, with final details subject to the actual arrangement:
Wearable Data Sharing [Workshop content]
The body check provides a baseline at one key moment; wearable devices provide continuous trends. On a voluntary basis, participants in the May 18 workshop ➡️【Luma registration page coming soon】 may choose to bring their own data from wearable devices such as Oura, RingConn, Apple Watch, or Garmin (data exports or screenshots) for later workshop interpretation and intervention observation. These data can serve as a supplemental reference for the body-check results, helping participants better understand changes in sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, activity level, recovery status, and subjective physical state in later sessions.
We will organize a report-interpretation session and a hackathon to help analyze health data ➡️【Luma registration page coming soon】
🔐Wearable data will only be used for self-observation and activity discussion. It does not constitute medical diagnosis. Without explicit participant consent, it will not be used for external sharing, marketing, or public presentation.
Registration
After successful registration, we will follow up by email with body-check appointment. Please answer the question about your payment details when you register.
Participation Notes⚠️
This activity is for health education, self-tracking, and body-check experience only. It does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
