Kaushik is a Partner at EQT Ventures. A top European fund that is entirely made up of ex-founders or operators. Founded in 2016, EQT is now investing out of our €1.1B fund 3, which is Europe's largest VC fund committed to early stage startups. They invest in Europe and the US, from seed to Series B.
Kaushik was an operator before his switch to VC, leading product at both Stripe and Meta in the past. Kaushik was at McKinsey before that, after graduation from INSEAD with an MBA.
