Join us for the next AHA AustinHealthAlliance.com event!

โ€‹โ€‹You've optimized your food. You've trained your body. You've worked to calm your mind. You've read the books, run the protocols, tracked the metrics.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹But if the environment you live in is still working against your biology, none of it fully lands.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹For millions of years, the human nervous system was tuned by sunlight, firelight, and darkness.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹In two generations, we've replaced all of it, and wondered why we can't sleep, settle, or focus.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹The body isn't broken. It's responding, exactly as designed, to signals it was never built to receive.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Join a gathering of leading voices in circadian health, sleep science, and metabolic medicine for an evening at Sapien Center, exploring the signal shaping your nervous system every moment of every day: light.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Hosted by AHA & Brian Sanders of Food Lies and featuring Dr Dan Pardi (Stanford- and Leiden-trained sleep neuroscientist, Chief Health Officer at Qualia Life Sciences), Dani Hamilton, NTP (blood sugar and metabolic health specialist), alongside Jai Kapoor and Dan White of In Rhythm.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Plus open networking with one of the sharpest, most health-minded rooms in Austin.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹๐Ÿฅ— Snacks and light refreshments will be available.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Very limited spots. This isn't an event you can catch later on replay.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Featured Panel

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Dr Dan Pardi, PhD โ€” Sleep and circadian neuroscientist. Chief Health Officer at Qualia Life Sciences, founder of humanOS.me, and TEDx speaker on How to Optimize Light for Health. Stanford- and Leiden-trained. Dan's research focuses on how sleep and light regulate cognitive performance, decision-making, and metabolic health. He has previously served as Chief Health Architect at Restore Hyper Wellness and has worked with Naval Special Warfare on sustaining elite performance under high-stress conditions.

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Dani Hamilton, NTP โ€” Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specialising in blood sugar, metabolism, and the intersection of quantum and circadian biology. Host of the Unlock the Sugar Shackles podcast, founder of SunSense, and creator of the Blood Sugar Mastery program. Dani's work focuses on helping people restore metabolic and hormonal health by working with the body's natural rhythms โ€” not against them.

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Jai Kapoor โ€” Co-founder, In Rhythm. Author of The Story of Light.

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Dan White โ€” Co-founder, In Rhythm. Registered Nutritionist, Functional Medicine and Applied Quantum Biology Practitioner.

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Hosted by Brian Sanders โ€” Filmmaker and host of Food Lies, one of the most influential voices in the ancestral health and food sovereignty movement.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹What You'll Take Away

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹A new lens on health โ€” why the body is a system ordered through time, not a collection of parts, and why most modern health advice misses this entirely.

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹The concept of biological coherence โ€” the hidden variable behind sleep quality, energy, mood, and resilience.

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Why your environment is shaping your nervous system โ€” whether you designed it to or not, and what that means for the choices you make daily.

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹A practical framework for nervous system sovereignty โ€” how to reclaim authorship of your internal state by changing the inputs, not forcing the outputs.

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Where human health infrastructure is going next โ€” the once-in-a-century shift toward biologically coherent homes, workplaces, and cities.

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Direct access to a world-class panel โ€” bring your questions to Dan Pardi, Dani Hamilton, Dan White, and Jai Kapoor, hosted by Brian Sanders, in a format you won't get online.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹The Evening

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Doors open at 6:30 PM with networking and refreshments. The keynote begins at 7:15 PM, followed by a panel discussion and open Q&A. Networking continues until 9:30 PM.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹What We'll Explore

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹For most of human history, our biology evolved in a tight relationship with nature โ€” governed by consistent cycles of light and dark, temperature, and environmental rhythm. In just a few generations, we've stepped into indoor environments that break those patterns entirely.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹What presents as a rise in fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep, and chronic disease is, at a deeper level, a mismatch between human biology and the environments we now inhabit.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹The body is not a collection of independent parts, but a coordinated system ordered through time. At the centre of this system is the circadian rhythm, synchronised primarily by light. When environmental signals are strong and consistent, the system operates in harmony. When they're degraded โ€” as they are in most modern buildings โ€” the system loses coordination. This introduces a critical but overlooked concept: biological coherence.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Health isn't just about what enters the body. It's about whether the system itself is in sync.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹From this perspective, a deeper form of autonomy comes into focus. We talk about sovereignty in food, finance, and information โ€” but there's a more fundamental layer that shapes every moment of our lives: sovereignty over the nervous system. If our internal state is being shaped by environments we did not design, then our experience of life is being externally authored.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Reclaiming health becomes less about effort, discipline, or supplements โ€” and more about restoring alignment with the conditions the body expects.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹This points to a broader shift now underway. Just as previous generations built infrastructure for clean water and air, we're approaching a once-in-a-century transition toward environments designed to support human biology. Homes, workplaces, and cities that are not merely functional, but biologically coherent โ€” restoring rhythm, reconnecting us with natural patterns, and creating the conditions for sustained energy, clarity, creativity, and expression.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹The human organism is not broken. It's responding predictably to an incoherent environment. Change the environment, and you change the system.

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Your Hosts

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Jai Kapoor

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Jai is a senior executive in the AI and tech space who has helped build and scale unicorn companies from early stages, including Wayve AI and Revolut. A capital markets specialist, he has raised over $1.3 billion from investors including Softbank, Microsoft, and NVIDIA, and is an active angel investor. Jai's path into circadian health began in 2022 after an aggressive onset of autoimmune psoriasis โ€” three painful years of diet, ayurveda, TCM, and homeopathy brought little relief, until he met Dan and discovered the power of circadian rhythms. He now lives psoriasis-free. Jai is also the author of The Story of Light, a modern treatise on light as the organising principle of life, consciousness, and connection.

  • โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Daniel White

โ€‹โ€‹โ€‹Daniel is a Registered Nutritionist, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and Applied Quantum Biology Certified Health Practitioner with extensive research and clinical experience in sleep science, circadian biology, and human behaviour change. His work is rooted in a personal journey โ€” in 2010, he was unfit, overweight, anxious, depressed, and severely sleep-deprived, battling autoimmune symptoms, allergies, and brain fog. Discovering the roles of circadian biology, quantum biology, and light in restoring human health transformed his life, and over the past decade he has coached, educated, and empowered tens of thousands of adults and young people โ€” including delivering training research with academic institutions and global organisations such as Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Deloitte, and Credit Suisse.
