Joshua Pierce (Tisch '18) is the Founder and CEO of Dream Opportunity, a global nonprofit connecting under-resourced students to high-income career opportunities with some of the world’s most influential corporations. Before the age of 30, Joshua personally led the acquisition and development of every corporate partnership in the organization’s portfolio, creating each relationship from the ground up. 

His partnerships include JPMorgan Chase, AT&T, EY, Kroll, Blackstone, Brookfield, Kellogg’s, Kellanova, Yahoo, Verizon, Wildbrain, NC Solutions, McDermott Will & Emery, MAGIC Fashion, GDC (Game Developers Conference), AI Summit, Enterprise Connect, SupplySide, Brand Licensing Expo, MD&M West, Natural Products Expo West, Informa, Nielsen, Warner Bros. Discovery, Paramount, HSBC, Peloton, and more.

As CEO, Joshua oversees all senior leaders across the Creative Department, Corporate Partnerships Department, Global Schools Department, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Community Engagement, Global Speakers, Program Development, and Project Management. His leadership has positioned Dream Opportunity as a globally recognized bridge between corporate resources and under-resourced talent, operating across the US, UK, Canada, India, the Philippines, Mexico, and Singapore.
