​Join us for a virtual information session to learn more about becoming a Success Coach for Cohort 7 of Project OneTen.

​At Project OneTen, we believe freshman year is a defining moment, and the right support can change everything. Success Coaches play a critical role in helping our students navigate the transition to high school with confidence, accountability, and a strong sense of belonging.

​This session will give you an inside look at our program model, what it means to serve as a coach, and the impact you can have through consistent mentorship and community-building.

​During this session, you will:

• ​Understand the role and expectations of a Success Coach

• ​Hear how mentorship supports freshman success and long-term outcomes

• ​Get details on time commitment, training, and next steps

• ​Have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with our team
