Led by Auntie Wai-Ling Lennon and Chinese Medicine practitioner Brenda Le, this immersive workshop offers hands-on experiences, interactive discussions, and a guided tour of herb shops. Discover the healing properties of various herbs, learn about their cultural significance, and create your own personalized herbal package to take home.
