Casa Mallorca Gatherings: Around the Table
An intimate evening centered around good food, beautiful rituals, and the pleasure of gathering around the table.
For the first edition of Casa Mallorca Gatherings, eight guests will come together for a slow evening inspired by the warmth and simplicity of Mediterranean living.
We’ll begin over wine and a seasonal charcuterie spread before gathering around the table for a hands-on fresh pasta experience led by Jessica Fernandez. You’ll learn the process of making pasta from scratch, create your own batch by hand, and take it home with you to recreate what you learned in your own kitchen.
Along the way, we’ll pour wine, share stories, meet someone new, and enjoy the kind of conversation that happens when there’s nowhere else to be.
As evening settles in, the making gives way to dinner. Jess will prepare fresh pasta for the table, accompanied by red and white wine, conversation, and a candlelit setting designed for lingering.
We’ll end the night with olive oil cake and gelato because the best dinners should never be rushed.
More than a pasta class, Casa Mallorca Gatherings is an invitation to slow down, learn something new, meet around the table, and enjoy the simple pleasure of making and sharing food together.
Your evening includes the pasta-making experience and your handmade pasta to take home, charcuterie, dinner, dessert, and red & white wine.
