Our inaugural Deep Dance invites you into an evening inspired by the effortless glamour, warmth, and playful freedom of Palm Springs — where retro meets modern, and slowing down becomes an act of rebellion.
Slip into your boldest resort-inspired attire, sip something refreshing, and settle into meaningful conversation as we gather in community.
Set your intention at our Scent Bar, curated by Aromacare. You will be able to select an essential oil blend that resonates with the feeling you wish to cultivate. Allow the properties of the oils to anchor you into the present moment and set the tone for your dance.
We'll begin with the Soul's Voice Meditation — a guided, 10 minute meditation designed to quiet the noise of the outside world and reconnect you with the wisdom within.
Together, we'll honour reconnection to Self before entering an immersive 2.5-hour dance experience curated by Kass Luna.
There are no steps to learn.
No performances to give.
No expectations to meet.
Just music, movement, and permission to let your body lead.
Whether you arrive carrying stress, grief, joy, uncertainty, or simply a longing to feel more connected, Deep Dance offers a space to move what words cannot. To release what no longer belongs to you. To celebrate what has always lived within you.
