Drawing In: An IFS Group Journey (Internal Family Systems)
A regular in-person group for anyone curious about their inner world — using Internal Family Systems (IFS) alongside the Drawing Into Self method, a gentle way of externalising your parts through simple, intuitive mark-making or 'scribbling' with pastels.
For those of you with parts that don't feel 'artistic' or confident about art, reassure yourself that no artistic skill is needed — this totally isn't about making art, it's about following what your parts want to express on paper, in a supportive group space. All materials are provided.
Allowing the different parts of us to express somatically on the page can reveal what's harder to put into words, ease overwhelm, and build a felt sense of connection between your parts and your Self.
Each session blends brief IFS guidance, time to express, and space to reflect and share with others (as much or as little as feels right).
Come with curiosity and leave with new connections and a better understanding of your inner world. :)
