π10/21 Private Investor Dinner: By Approval Only
βThis event is for accredited investors, family offices, fund managers, high net worth individuals, and select angels who are actively investing in public growth-stage companies.
βKey Highlights of the Presenting Company
βThe company is advancing what is currently the only uranium project in Guyana, a frontier jurisdiction that has built a mining and resource sector around gold and oil but has never had a uranium development story until now. Rather than starting from a blank property, the company is working on a district that was drilled extensively by a previous operator, where roughly 129,000 metres of historic drilling and a large historic resource estimate already exist, and where the core from that work is still stored on site.
βThe foundation of the strategy is straightforward. Over the past year the company acquired the complete historic technical dataset for the project, including the original drilling, assay and geological data compiled by the prior operator, and has spent 2026 rebuilding that information into a modern geological and resource model. The historic estimate on the property stands at approximately 20.6 million pounds of U3O8 at a grade of about 0.07 percent. That figure is a historical estimate rather than a current resource under modern standards, and verifying it and bringing it forward into a compliant estimate is one of the central objectives of the current work program.
βWhat makes the model interesting is the grade and the stage. Grades in this range sit well above several of the large, widely followed uranium development projects in Africa that trade at far higher valuations, and the deposit is a hard rock, structurally controlled system rather than a low grade bulk tonnage deposit. The companyβs view is that the combination of an existing historic pound count, a very large volume of prior drilling already paid for by someone else, and a modest market capitalization creates an unusual amount of leverage to a relatively small amount of new work.
βThe company is funded to do that work. In August 2026 it closed an upsized public offering of approximately C$8 million, followed by an additional private placement, which together fund the inaugural drill program, site infrastructure and the technical work required to update the resource. A drill contractor has been engaged and the first modern drill program on the property in well over a decade, a roughly 5,000 metre diamond drilling program, has been designed around two objectives in parallel.
βThe first objective is confirmation and infill. The program is intended to validate the historic drilling, tighten confidence in the existing mineralized zones and support an updated, current resource estimate prepared to modern standards. The second objective is expansion. The property hosts multiple additional targets with historic intercepts that were never included in any resource, the known shoots were drilled to relatively shallow depths and remain open down dip, and there is near surface weathered material in the district that was excluded from the historic work entirely. Management has outlined an exploration target materially larger than the historic estimate, and that figure is a conceptual exploration target rather than a defined resource.
βThere is also a jurisdictional dimension to the story. Guyana is one of the fastest growing economies in the world, has an established mining code and permitting framework and an active government interest in resource development, and has no incumbent uranium industry. The company would be the first mover in that setting. Operating in a frontier uranium jurisdiction carries real permitting, infrastructure and community engagement requirements, and management treats that work as a core part of the program rather than an afterthought.
βThe backdrop matters as well. Uranium spot pricing has traded near multi year highs, utility contracting has returned, and the gap between global reactor requirements and primary mine supply has widened rather than closed. Early stage pound count in a new district tends to re rate most sharply in exactly that kind of market, which is why the timing of the drill program and the resource update is the point the company is focused on.
βAt the dinner, management will discuss the acquisition and rebuild of the historic dataset, the design and timing of the first drill program, the path from a historic estimate to a current compliant resource, the untested targets and depth extensions that define the larger exploration case, the realities of permitting and operating in Guyana, and how the company intends to fund the next phase. With the financing closed and the first modern program on a previously drilled uranium district about to begin, the company is approaching the transition from a dataset and a concept to its own drill results.
