Design System Workshop - Berlin
In this 4-hour hands-on and in-person workshop, I’ll guide you step by step through setting up a strong foundation for a design system using Figma.
Based on Core - our handcrafted Design System Starter Kit, you’ll learn how to define your branding assets—such as typography, colors, icons and spacing—using the power of variables and proven design system best practices. You will then be able to create your components and build complex sets of UI blocks.
We also ensure your design is accessible and create internal documentation so that anyone on your team can confidently use or contribute to the system.
Facilitator: My name is Maxime Rabot, independant visual designer und design system expert based in Berlin. I contributed and led Design System initiatives at Zeiss, Deutsche Welle and developed UI solutions for products at companies like Berliner Zeitung, Quandoo, and several europe based start-ups.
At House of Maestro, we believe design is more than visuals — it’s about care, craft, and creating experiences that feel human.
