Retail Explorers is excited to present the next event in our program in collaboration with CFW Careers!
This “Focus Session” is an abbreviated version of CFW's Leader-as-Coach Program for Managers training.
It is designed to provide a professional development experience for individuals at all levels of management (plus future leaders).
The 60-minute program offers a taste of the larger topic of the leader-coach approach to management, which has been shown to yield key benefits: facilitating growth, building trust within teams, activating internal motivators for team members, and increasing employee engagement, resilience & retention.
At the heart of this concept lies the importance of asking powerful questions, applied to real-world situations that managers experience:
One-on-Ones
Career Growth
Crisis Mode
Whether one is an established manager or just beginning to gain that experience, this session will contribute to developing a management skill that can transform day-to-day interactions with direct reports.
The session is designed to be interactive; participants can expect activities and group discussion as a part of the program.
In this one-hour session, Rachel and Cynnie will cover:
Judgment versus curiosity
Powerful questions and the coaching mindset in management
Leader-Coach Approach to one-on-ones, performance reviews, & career growth
Managing through crises
