​Ten years ago, a group of tech leaders decided to do something different. Not another conference, not a stage full of talking heads, but something real, a room where you could actually say the hard thing, sit with the uncomfortable question, and leave feeling less alone in this role.

​That was ten years ago, and a lot has happened since then.

​The industry looks nothing like it did. AI didn't just change our roadmaps, it changed what it even means to be a CTO. Some of us have scaled companies, others have rebuilt them from the ground up. We've led through a pandemic, through economic whiplash, through a level of technological disruption that honestly none of us fully predicted. And here we are; still here, still building, still asking the hard questions.

​That deserves a moment. The kind where you actually stop, look back at the decade that made you, get honest about where you are right now, and get intentional about what comes next. That's what 0111 2026 is about.

​Then. Now. Next. is the thread running through everything: the talks, the experiences, the conversations that happen between sessions. We'll spend time with AI, because it is the defining force of this moment in our careers. We'll spend time with leadership because the humans on your teams still need you to show up. And we'll spend time with you, the person underneath the title, the one who's been carrying all of this, growing through all of this, and quietly wondering what the next chapter is supposed to look like.
