​There's a lot of noise about AI in Customer Success right now. We're skipping the noise and going deep on one thing: AI in the actual daily work of CS Practitioners. What's in your stack, where it's saving you real time, where it's quietly making things worse, and how to use it to lift both your performance and your career.

​The part you won't get anywhere else: we talk about the mistakes. Where CSMs are using AI wrong, the shortcuts that backfire, the tasks people hand to AI that they shouldn't, and what to do instead. Everyone leaves with a sharper read on their own AI workflow and a few specific moves to try Monday.

​The only ask: come ready to share what's actually happening in your accounts, not just listen. The room is small, so every voice gets heard.
