With over 18 years of global HR experience across organizations such as AIG, Visa, Riot Games, Viva Health, Accenture, and Gojek, she brings a unique blend of strengths-based coaching, commercial pragmatism, and organizational transformation to drive growth and resilience. Author of The Death of Best Practices, Susan is also a keynote speaker, angel investor, and certified leadership coach, passionate about redefining HR as a true strategic partner for the next generation of businesses.

​Mr Lee Jin Hwui has over 25 years of HR experience spanning global businesses, public service, and corporate environments, where he played a key role in optimising workforces, improving organisational culture, and driving digital HR initiatives. As the HR Director for the Ang Mo Kio-Thye Hua Kwan Hospital & Thye Hua Kwan Nursing Home, he focuses on harnessing the strength of Thye Hua Kwan's human capital to fulfill the vision and mission of the organisation. Jin is highly skilled in managing diverse teams and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Holding an MBA from Murdoch University and an IHRP Senior Professional certification, he is committed to creating practical, people-centred HR solutions, and inclusive workplaces.
