Leading Regenerative Tourism
This workshop is for tourism operators who know that tourism causes harm, even if they can't always name it. This is not about blame — it's an honest look at why even well-meaning sustainable tourism initiatives fall short, and how to lead your business from "do less harm" into something regenerative, both ecologically and socially.
We’ll work through two tools together: an assumption mapping exercise to surface what’s been shaping your decisions without you knowing it, and a place-based framework that prepares you to have the kind of meaningful conversations with community members that actually lead somewhere.
You’ll leave with both tools, a clearer sense of where your organisation stands, and a practical starting point for the work ahead.
The place-based tool is available separately for $24 — it’s included in your ticket and yours to share with your team.
Session size is capped at 30 to ensure meaningful interactions for participants.
Recommended: have pen and paper ready; studies show we think deeper and learn faster when we write by hand.
