Venus is the founder of Propel People, a talent incubation and staff augmentation firm helping U.S. companies scale by connecting them with top Colombian professionals. With over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and business operations, he helps companies build high-retention teams.
Juan is the founder of Systems & Clients; a client acquisition agency that helps established coaches, consultants, and service businesses scale through offer positioning, paid ads, funnels, and backend systems.
