AI Ventures Accelerator: Pressure Testing Your Business

​This hands-on workshop is designed to help AIVA finalists strengthen the business behind their pitch ahead of Demo Day.

​You’ll work directly with experienced AI founders and advisors Justyna Zander and Cherry Murillon to pressure-test your business, challenge your assumptions, and identify the questions you still need to answer.

​We’ll focus on four questions:

• ​Who pays, why, and how much?

• ​What does the competitive landscape actually look like today?

• ​What is a realistic product and business roadmap?

• ​What concrete asks should you be making at fundraising and networking events?

​We’ll also move beyond broad TAM estimates and focus on your first 10 real customers: who they are, why they would buy, and how you’ll reach them.

​You do not need to have perfect answers. Identifying what you don’t know and having a plan to validate it, is an important outcome of the session.

​Come prepared to:

• ​Bring your current pitch deck

• ​Know your target customer and current customer/pilot conversations

• ​Be ready to discuss your assumptions and evidence

• ​Think concretely about the next 6–12 months

• ​Leave with specific actions to strengthen your business and Demo Day pitch
