MORE DETAILS ANNOUNCED SOON...

WHAT IS TNN?

TNN is a monthly breakfast for people who want to see what’s changing before everyone else does.

For more than ten years, we’ve been asking two questions: where are the goalposts moving, and what’s actually going to matter once they do?

We bring together people with something interesting to say, then push them to step up to the line, lean over it, and ideally not get anyone fired. No hour-long keynotes. No corporate throat-clearing. Come ready to think, provoke and connect.

We meet over breakfast, before the day gets loud. TNN runs from 8am to 10:30am, and 8am means 8am. Long enough to matter, short enough to still make your 11 o’clock. Cowork afterwards in the brilliant cafe downstairs.

TNN is hosted and sponsored by Box.

WHO’S IT FOR?

TNN attracts leaders, founders, strategists, technologists, creatives and people who want to see round corners before everyone else does. Different industries, different perspectives, same reason for being in the room.

If you’d been coming recently, you’d have been rubbing shoulders with people from WEF, Barclays, Apple, BBC, Unilever, Ogilvy, Ipsos, Accenture, Meta, Publicis, Monzo, Samsung, alongside startup founders, media and government execs.

PREVIOUS TNNERS

Pulitzer Prize-winning authors, behaviour experts including Rory Sutherland (Ogilvy), Kim Scott (Radical Candour) and Nir Eyal (Hooked), alongside VCs, creative technologists, Kung-Fu Masters, senior global execs from Meta, Amazon and Google, journalists from Bloomberg to The Economist, and demos from emerging companies and startups.

Interesting people doing interesting things, with something useful to say about what comes next.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS?

Great coffee and breakfast. Smart people. A provocation or three. Questions from the room. Useful conversations with people you probably wouldn’t otherwise meet.

Sandler will give you a new business development skill to try, while the Paracetamol card lets you ask the entire TNN network for help with something you need. There’s also the TNN tech raffle, so please god, keep your ticket handy. Oh, and you can always pick a book from the TNN Library too. Bring a couple too!

THREE FORMATS

Every TNN uses one of three formats designed to provoke rather than advertise:

SOLO: One speaker, 15–20 minutes, usually with a presentation or demo followed by audience Q&A

FIRESIDE: A senior exec gets a light grilling for 20–30 minutes.

TRIO: Three speakers give a ten-minute provocation each, followed by a spicy panel.

WANT MORE? GET INSIDE TBD+

TBD+ members get two TNN tickets every month, worth £40 alone, plus curated analyst insights, recordings of events they can’t get to thanks to Groovy Gecko, and access to the global TBD network. £50 a month or £500 for the year. Join here.

TNN lives at Box’s London HQ. Box sponsors TNN. BEWARE THE FLAKE RULE

The only flakiness accepted at TNN is with the croissants. You can be late, but no-shows are no bueno. Seats are limited, people get turned away and speakers get up early for this. Permanent bans are now in force.

Sound harsh? It’s meant to. If you take a seat, use it.
