Female Founders Masterclass: Leadership and Negotiation
This session explores how women leaders can set the tone in high pressure environments, particularly when navigating power, perception and negotiation in spaces where the rules are often unspoken. Drawing on real world experience from business, sport and investment settings, this interactive talk will look at how mindset, preparation and emotional awareness shape outcomes long before any deal is done.
The discussion will touch on personal presence, understanding incentives on both sides of the table, and managing confidence, ego and self belief when the stakes are high. This session offers an honest look at how negotiations really work, what is often left unsaid, and how women leaders can position themselves effectively without losing authenticity.
