At the Planning Commission meeting this Thursday 2/12 they'll be considering approval of a 332-unit market-rate apartment building on Alhambra near C and D streets. It replaces vacant industrial buildings that have been vacant for a decade. There is a lot of opposition and attention.

We will an optional "Power Hour" meet-up at 4:45 PM at Sana'a Cafe (K & 9th) to answer any questions you have and prep our public comments. We'll leave Sana'a to walk to City Hall at 5:20 PM.
