The Social Workout is a 1-hour outdoor, bodyweight bootcamp designed to move your body, boost your energy, and connect with people who enjoy showing up and putting in the work together.
This session is all about discipline, consistency, and commitment. We train with simple but effective movements that help us build strength, endurance, and confidence while shaping our bodies in a fun, social, and supportive environment 😏
All levels are welcome. Exercises can always be adapted, so whether you’re just starting or already active, you’ll feel challenged in your own way. No pressure, no competition, just progress, sweat, and good energy.
We train outdoors, make the most of Marbella, play good music, and finish the session feeling stronger, clearer, and ready for the weekend.
What if I don't know anyone? Most people come alone the first time. You'll be welcomed, introduced, and by the end you'll have at least 2-3 people to say hi to next time.
