After three cohorts, hundreds of builders, and months of building, testing, and refining, we’re bringing the Mini Hack journey to its finale.
Join us for Pitch Perfect, the Mini Hack Demo Day Finale, where finalists from Cohorts 1, 2, and 3 will take the stage to pitch the products they’ve built, the traction they’ve gained, and where they’re going next.
This is more than a pitch event. It’s a celebration of the builders who showed up, kept building, hit milestones, and turned ideas into products.

🧩 The Mini Hack Journey
Mini Hack was designed to take builders beyond simply participating in a hackathon.
Across three cohorts, builders have gone through a progression of:
Build → Test → Refine → Incubate → Pitch → Go to Market
From payments in Cohort 1, to gamified systems in Cohort 2, to agentic systems in Cohort 3, builders have been challenged to create practical products using Avalanche and explore how those products can reach real users.
The final incubation brought finalists from all three cohorts together at American Spaces, where teams worked on their pitches, value propositions, customer acquisition, business models, and go-to-market strategies.
Now, it’s time to see what they’ve built.

Mini Hack is a Team1 Kenya builder program designed to help builders move from ideas to real products.
Across three cohorts, the program brought together 1,700+ registered builders, supported 20+ MVPs, and created a pipeline for builders to continue developing their products beyond the initial hackathon experience.
Pitch Perfect marks the finale of this journey.
