

The Red Pen - Build Your Own AI-Powered Sales Call Evaluator
In this hands-on Pro+ Enablement Workshop, Solutions Consulting leader Dave Wisdom returns from the "When AI Makes the SE Job Harder" summit session to put theory into practice.
Participants will work through building their own AI-powered sales call evaluator that can be used for SEs and their leaders to evaluate and catch their calls, in order to make coaching scalable, efficient, and very, very human - correcting errors, but also encouraging strengths. In order to be effective, SEs and their leaders need customized tools designed to help assess call performance against your company's specific pain points and value propositions, as well as your SE best practices and presales frameworks (Demo2Win, Sandler, Value, Challenger, etc).
This session is all about self-correction and continuous improvement. Think red ink on the page, with an opportunity to “re-take the test” on every demo after that. The goal is to leave with a working tool that helps you identify patterns, close gaps, and refine your approach over time, while maintaining trust and using AI as a helper, not an adversary.
Come prepared with:
Your company's key pain points and/or value proposition
2–3 transcripts from a typical sales call (one great, one failure, one in the middle)
Demo calls used for training SEs (bring some benchmarking examples)
Additional transcripts representing different call types (e.g. discovery calls, or calls where you were not present)
A pro or paid version of your preferred AI platform
