​Dr. Vaisagh Viswanathan is the CEO and Co-Founder of impress.ai. He started the company after spending years studying how intelligent systems make decisions, and realizing how often hiring decisions fail the people they’re meant to serve.

​After completing his PhD in AI Agents at NTU, Singapore, Vaisagh chose to work not in a lab, but in the real messiness of hiring. Today, impress.ai works with large enterprises and public-sector organisations, including DBS, OCBC, IMDA, and MINDEF.

​What drives him is a simple question: Can we use AI to make hiring fairer, more understandable, and less arbitrary, especially for people who don’t fit neat profiles?

​Most of his work now sits at the intersection of employability, trust, and responsible use of AI in hiring.

​Dhilip has over 15 years of experience in human capital solutions across Southeast Asia. Prior to Aon, he led Talent Supply Chain initiatives and regional staffing strategy for the Asia-Pacific region at Tata Consultancy Services. He is also the co-founder of MaDhi – The Story Tellers, a non-profit dedicated to sharing moral narratives, and is an active advocate for building more inclusive workplaces.

​Daniël is a marketing and sales growth leader with 15+ years of experience across Asia-Pacific. He previously served as Global Marketing & Partnership Director at Coda Payments, a Singapore-based fintech unicorn, and built and exited his own regional digital marketing agency across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, working with clients including CNN, Ping An, AXA, and UOB Kay Hian. He has trained more than 5,000 marketing and business leaders at institutions such as General Assembly and NTU Singapore.
