Founder Circle: Coaching Night for 10 Startup Founders
No one makes it alone. Real support builds founders and companies.
Building a startup is one of the loneliest things a person can do. The hardest parts rarely show up in standups or board updates. They show up between meetings, in the conversations you keep avoiding, in the decisions you carry alone at 11pm.
Founder Circle is 90 minutes of real support for the person doing the building. Bring whatever's actually weighing on you. The co-founder conversation you keep rescheduling. Whether to raise now or ship first. The early hire you know isn't working out. The thing you haven't said out loud to anyone.
Here's how it works
Ten founders in the room. Each shares one real challenge they're working on. The group works through them together, facilitated by an ICF-PCC executive coach with 600+ hours coaching founders from pre-seed through Series A+. You don't get advice. You get questions, perspective, and 90 minutes to think clearly with people who get it.
Not networking. Not a workshop. Not advice-giving.
Real support, structured and confidential.
You'll leave with:
A sharper read on what's actually weighing on you
One concrete next step you're committed to in the next 2 weeks
Peer and coach support as you gain clarity and build an action plan
"Talking through the dilemma I had and having someone else ask a few questions, that made all the difference." — B2B Founder
