​Handmade Fresh Pasta Workshop

​A hands-on evening where you learn to make fresh pasta entirely from scratch. Mix, roll and shape your dough with guidance from a professional chef, taste as you go and enjoy your finished dish with two glasses of Aperol Spritz.
It’s also a great experience gift for birthdays, holidays and anyone looking for a thoughtful activity to share.

​We begin by learning the foundations of fresh pasta: how to mix your dough, how to work the texture and how to use the pasta machine to create different formats. Step by step, the chef will guide the whole group through each stage so everyone learns together. You’ll have your own dough, your own machine time and plenty of space to shape your pasta.

​Once your pasta is ready, it will be prepared with the pasta sauce of the week. If you are vegetarian, just let us know; we always have an option available. After that, you’ll sit down to enjoy your creation with two glasses of Aperol Spritz.
The atmosphere is lively and social, a cozy restaurant just steps from La Boqueria, full of color, character and great energy.
