​Attendees authorize the Organization to capture and/or record their image, name, surname during the Event, directly or through any third party authorized by the Organization, and to exploit the same as well as those identifying elements of their own image in all its facets, voluntarily and without receiving any economic consideration in return, by any means of dissemination, media, modalities and/or forms of exploitation, expressly including the publication of photographs, videos, audio recordings, reports and any other materials produced during the Event, through internal channels of the Organization (such as the intranet) and/or external channels such as websites or social network profiles (LinkedIn, X, etc.), online video platforms and/or streaming (i.e. YouTube), meetings, forums, conferences, presentations and publications, as well as any other media (television, press, etc.).

​This authorization is limited to the purposes of internal and external communication, promotion and advertising of Event, the Organization and any related or ancillary activities of the above. In this regard, Attendees grant the Organization the right to reproduce, distribute and publicly communicate the image, name, surname, email, company name of the Attendees for the purposes described in thepreceding paragraph. This authorization is granted in a transferable form (with the possibility of assignment to third parties), with no temporal or territorial limit (for any country in the world). Attendees shall hold Event Organization harmless and shall be liable to it, or to third parties, for any damages that may be caused to the rights of third parties and/or for infringement of the applicable regulations.
